It certainly feels like summer and we are all enjoying it! It is certainly great to be able to crack on with all the jobs that the rain put on hold. Tommy has been out to his first BS show and thrilled us all by coming 2nd in a big class at British Novice - what a star! He took it all in his stride and found it easy. He will make fairly swift progress up the grades I feel. Not to be outdone by her older brother, Spring has been coming on leaps and bounds and her flatwork has really developed in both balance and power - as you can see from the photo she has really muscled up. Her jumping is coming easy to her and she is very bold - nothing phases her and she doesn't know the meaning of the word 'spooky'! She is going to be a fantastic horse for a competitive amateur as she has a fabulous temperament and is uncomplicated to do - but really talented with it. She has been XC schooling and was totally un-phased - hoping to take her again this weekend.
